After you send a campaign in Daisychain, you will have access to a campaign report with info about your send.
After a broadcast campaign is sent in Daisychain, you will have access to an analytics report for that campaign.
At the top of the page is the audience you’ve sent to – any lists included or excluded are displayed here.
Below that is your campaign’s report, which can contain the following stages:
- On the far left is the number of recipients in your audience.
- Next is the number of recipients who Daisychain has received confirmation for delivery.
- Next is the number of unique clicks if you sent out a campaign with a trackable link.
- Finally, Daisychain will list the the number of “conversions” if you’re sending a campaign integrated with ActBlue or Mobilize
Activity
You can view the number of clicks on each trackable URL you sent out. You may also click these links to see exactly who clicked.
Opt-outs are listed as a percentage of those who were delivered the message you sent. Common opt-out words, such as “stop” and “take me off this list” are included here.
Replies to your messages that are not obvious opt-out requests are also listed here as a percentage of messages delivered.
You can also export replies by clicking “Download CSV”.
Deliverability
The deliverability stats of each broadcast campaign you send are listed at the bottom of the broadcast stats page. You can read more about deliverability here. But below is a short summary of these stats.
Sending messages are those which have been sent to carriers but which we have not received a delivery receipt for. It may take up to two hours for these receipts to be received.
Delivered messages are those which we have received a delivery receipt for.
Undelivered messages are those which we have confirmed have not been delivered.
