Teams can help you distribute replies among staff.
The primary reason to create a team is if you want to build an Automation that distributes an Assignment randomly to people on a given team. For example, you could create a team of five "Donor Organizers", and create an automation is triggered when people contribute more than $100, and distributes assignments of these donors in a round-robin style to members of the team.
To create a new team, navigate to Settings > Teams.
You can create as many teams as you want, and it's easy to add/remove members of the team after it's been created.
